
Project/Program Coordinator (PCO)

This is an exciting opportunity to work with cross-functional teams on high-impact technology projects, including ERP system enhancements and implementations. Candidates with experience in SAP or other ERP systems will be prioritized.Key Responsibilities:
- Track and update project activities, timelines, and milestones in coordination with Project and Program Managers.
- Draft and distribute concise and accurate meeting minutes, action items, and key decisions.
- Maintain up-to-date project documentation on Teams and SharePoint.
- Prepare timely and accurate status reports and dashboards.
- Support multiple workstreams simultaneously while prioritizing competing demands.
- Assist in maintaining and organizing the program’s MS Project plans.
- Facilitate communication between internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment on project deliverables.
- 10+ years of experience in project coordination, project control, or program support roles.
- Proven experience supporting ERP projects — SAP experience is strongly preferred.
- Highly proficient in MS Project and Excel.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-volume project environments.
- Familiarity with collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams and SharePoint.
- Technically savvy — able to understand and work within IT project environments.
- Experience working in enterprise IT, retail, consumer goods, or manufacturing environments.
- PMP, CAPM, or other project coordination certifications are an asset.
