- Design, configure, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions in partnership with consultant developers to support business processes across departments.
- Build, manage, report, and illustrate datasets using Power BI or other data visualization platforms.
- Bring data to life through visual tools to tell a compelling narrative that supports internal and external decisions.
- Build and maintain solutions using Dataverse, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Pages with the purpose of translating data into actionable insights.
- Develop and maintain our Monday.com project management tool, with a focus on simplifying our use of the platform.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders across External Relations Canada and TC Energy to gather requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and deliver scalable solutions that meet our strategic objectives.
- Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance across CRM and BI platforms.
- Provide end-user training and support to maximize adoption and value realization.
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or database management, using visualization platforms tools like Power BI.
- Intermediate experience with CRM systems, particularly Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Sales, Customer Insights: Journeys, or related modules).
- Strong understanding of Dataverse schema design and data modeling.
- Proficiency in Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven), Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages, and Customer Insights – Journeys.
- Familiarity with Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) principles and hands-on experience using Azure DevOps for solution deployments.
- Awareness of data governance, privacy, and compliance considerations in technology implementations.
- Strong analytical, curious, and problem-solving mindset to explore, question, and thoughtfully implement technology in alignment with business processes.
- Ability to write clear functional documentation and user stories.
- Proven communication skills to translate data and technical concepts to into actionable insights
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Systems, Information Systems, Statistics or a related field (equivalent work experience with demonstrated expertise in Power BI, Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform will also be considered).
- Strong understanding of business processes in corporate services, operations, or energy sectors.
- Basic coding skills (e.g., JavaScript, C#, Power Fx) to support more complex scenarios.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 ecosystem and integration points.
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Monday.com).
- Preferred certifications:
- Microsoft Certified: Power BI (PL-300)
- Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Functional Consultant Associate (PL-200)
- Microsoft Certified: Power Platform App Maker Associate (PL-100)
- Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Customer Insights (Journeys) Functional Consultant Associate (MB-220)
- Microsoft Certified: Customer Data Platform Specialty (MB-260)
