- Manage the development and delivery of high-speed SerDes PHY IP projects.
- Lead cross-functional teams and define project roadmaps with R&D and Marketing.
- Identify resources, manage risks, and resolve issues to keep projects on track.
- Drive process improvements and team best practices.
- Collaborate on pre/post-sales support with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Support.
- Provide regular status updates to management and customers.
- Accelerate delivery of advanced semiconductor IP to market.
- Enable customers to meet complex design requirements efficiently.
- Enhance Synopsys' reputation for quality and innovation.
- Streamline engineering processes for greater team efficiency.
- Foster collaboration across multiple business units.
- Support Synopsys' leadership in smart, connected technologies.
- Engineering degree and 5+ years' relevant experience.
- Strong knowledge of IC design and ASIC development.
- Project leadership experience in a high-tech environment.
- Expertise in risk and change management.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
