- Strategic Program Leadership
- Lead delivery of the most critical, cross-company initiatives spanning multiple product lines and engineering groups.
- Partner closely with senior engineering, product, and business stakeholders (SVPs/EVPs/CXO level) to ensure alignment and execution.
- Bring clarity, structure, and execution rigor to ambiguous, large-scale initiatives.
- Execution Excellence & Scalability
- Act as the right-hand to the VP of PMO, ensuring visibility, accountability, and results on the most strategic programs.
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks across organizations.
- Roll out mechanisms that ensure programs are executed with predictability, quality, and measurable business outcomes.
- Technical Problem Solving
- Leverage technical depth to engage directly with engineering and architecture teams, making trade-off decisions visible and well understood.
- Serve as the technical sounding board for complex systems integration, product delivery, and large-scale transformation efforts.
- Translate between technical detail and executive-level synthesis.
- Force Multiplier for the TPM Community
- Codify best practices, frameworks, and templates that raise the bar for TPM execution across the TPM community.
- Mentor senior TPMs and influence program delivery excellence across P&E.
- Establish and institutionalize “mechanisms for scale” that enable the broader TPM team to deliver consistently at a high bar of excellence.
- Cross-Functional Influence & Leadership
- Operate comfortably in a matrixed, global environment spanning Product, Engineering, Operations, and Corporate stakeholders.
- Effectively influence without authority, aligning diverse leaders around common goals.
- Represent the PMO as a trusted advisor to executive leadership.
- 15+ years in Technical Program Management, Engineering Program Management, or large-scale technology delivery roles.
- Proven track record of leading multi-year, cross-company, strategic technical programs in global organizations.
- Strong technical depth in software/SaaS/cloud engineering; ability to understand complex system architectures, dependencies, and trade-offs.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills; able to cut through complexity and create clarity.
- Experienced in establishing program frameworks, governance models, OKRs, and delivery metrics.
- Recognized for mentoring and multiplying leadership impact across a TPM community.
- Superior executive communication skills, with ability to tailor message at multiple levels (engineering detail → boardroom synthesis).
