You will apply your superior attention to detail and excellent client service skills while working closely with clients to meet their commercial auto needs. You will help build and maintain long-term relationships with our clients with helping to answer client inquires and requests.A Day in the LifeService and maintain existing fleet accounts.Meet existing clients’ needs and process documentation (Certificates of Insurance, Cover Notes, Renewals, Proposals, Endorsements.Review and ensure accuracy of policy documentationContact clients for renewal informationTake client calls and answer questions regarding coverages.Update client information and policies as changes occurAnswer account related questions/requests from clientsProvide policy and coverage information to clients upon request or inquiryWhat You’ll Bring to Our TeamRequirementsSelf-motivated with a strong sense of urgencyMotivated to help support a diverse teamCommercial Auto/Fleet experience is preferredLevel 2 insurance license is preferredQualificationsPro-active and a self-starterA keen attention to detailStrong customer service focus with the ability to deliver positive client experiences and meet their desired needsDemonstrated ability to communicate (written and verbal), present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organizationWorks well in a fast paced, client-focused environmentMotivated to contribute within a team environmentIntermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and OutlookSalary Expectations –The expected salary range for this position is $50,000 to $60,000, plus commission, and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate’s skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position’s business line, scope, and level.
