Job DescriptionWHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:As the Sr. Developer for Security Technology, you will play a key role in immediate and long-term strategic technical delivery direction for a multi-disciplined team of technical resources. If you’re a strong leader with proven experience building strong teams, collaboration and managing technical delivery in large organizations—we have a spot for you on our team.WHAT YOU’LL DO:Be a trusted technical partner to the team, helping to solution, size, prioritize, and guide development activities, product maintenance and evolution of the platform.The candidate will divide their time across system design, development and deployment (60%), production support and analysis (30%), and documentation (10%)Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality software following best practices and coding standards.Write clean, maintainable code with a focus on async/await patterns, and performance optimization.Collaborate with architects and teams to ensure scalability, security, and alignment with enterprise standards.Contribute to modernizing legacy systems through API-driven architectures and DevOps practices.Work closely with team members and business partners to understand requirements and implement effective solutionsTake ownership of both tactical and strategic solutions aligned with system roadmap initiativesProactively identify system inefficiencies and propose solutions to stakeholdersFollow SDLC best practices by supporting metrics, test-driven development, release cycles, change management, and cross-functional communicationDocument system design, solution proposals, and release notes.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring alignment with business goals.Be responsible for delivering and deploying features to production, ensuring quality controls are in place.
