- Define, own and execute the end-to-end strategy for the Recharge CoE, establishing a clear multi-year roadmap aligned to KPMGI priorities
- Design, implement, and govern a globally consistent framework of policies, procedures, and controls for all recharge activities
- Act as a strategic partner to Global Finance, business unit leaders, and other key stakeholders, understanding their needs and providing expert guidance.
- Shape alignment across functions by translating complex financial information into clear, decision-ready actionable insights.
- Set direction for continuous improvement, automation, and innovation across the recharge lifecycle. Proactively identify and implement opportunities for process improvement, automation, and efficiency within the recharge lifecycle. Champion the use of AI and other emerging technologies to enhance accuracy, reduce manual effort, and provide deeper insights.
What you bring to the role
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field from an accredited college or university.
- 8+ years of progressive experience in finance, shared services, or financial planning & analysis, with a demonstrated history of leadership. Experience in a global or complex matrixed organization is strongly preferred.
- Proven success designing and executing financial governance frameworks and strategies, preferably related to cost allocation, transfer pricing, or internal recharges.
- Demonstrated experience in leading teams, preferably in a global context, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous learning.
- A strong background in stakeholder management with a proven track record of partnering with senior leaders to drive change and implement strategic initiatives.
