- Manage consumer bankruptcy and proposal files
- Provide advice on current bankruptcy laws and practices, conduct debtor assessments, and manage recovery of assets (including acting as Receivers)
- Supervise staff and delegate tasks and projects as required
- Identify, target, and develop referral network.
- Assist with practice development

- Excellent knowledge and understanding of insolvency rules, laws and procedures
- You value teamwork, client service, and quality in your workFully Licensed Insolvency Trustee (Chartered Insolvency and Restructuring Professional (CIRP)
- Accounting designation (CPA-CA/CPA-CMA/CPA-CGA) is an asset
- 3 or more years of related experience within the Insolvency field; the primary focus will be on consumer work
- Able to prioritize with the flexibility to manage workload demands and multiple tasks as required
- Willingness to travel to assist in the coverage of satellite offices if required
