- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to define and document key traceability business processes
- Translating business requirements into system configurations and workflows
- Developing and executing supplier onboarding and engagement strategies
- Partnering with cross-functional teams to support system implementation and data integration
- Defining, tracking, and analyzing traceability KPIs to drive continuous improvement and compliance
- Piloting traceability systems and processes with suppliers, with the goal of scaling the program
- Enhancing system functionality by configuring workflows and features in collaboration with Technology partners
- Implementing traceability workflows for Supply Chain Mapping, PO traceability, and Certified Products
- Leading supplier onboarding programs during pilot and scale-up phases
- Developing data driven insights to monitor program compliance and supplier adoption
- You have 3+ years of experience in supply chain, compliance, technology, or a related field with exposure to supply chain traceability and global supplier management
- You are a problem solver with a passion for diving into the details of business and system processes
- You have experience collaborating with global suppliers and cross-functional teams to implement new tools or processes
- You have experience developing and presenting training and onboarding materials to both internal teams and external suppliers or partners
- You have hands-on experience working with ERP, PLM, and BI tools or similar systems
- You have a strong interest in learning and working with new technology platforms
- You have a passion for data structure, integrity, and analysis with the ability to communicate data driven insights clearly and effectively
- You have strong communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to influence cross-functionally
- You remain highly flexible and adaptable when faced with ambiguity
