Location: Edmonton, AlbertaWhat you will be doing:Making outbound calls to new business leads to build new partnerships for the company.Making outbound calls to existing partners to serve their needs and grow our partnerships.Performing basic research to learn more about our partners and potential partners.Tracking research results and activity into the company’s CRM system.Generating engaging proposals using the various tools the company provides.Communicating in a professional, clear, and effective manner with all the company stakeholders.Adopting and operating within the scope of the company values.Generating Sales Orders and Sales Quotations as needed.Tracking and closing production orders as needed and according to the company’s stated procedures.Being capable of handling inbound calls if extra support is required in the customer service department.Tracking and reporting your business development activities to the Business Development Manager on a weekly basis.Collaborating on the development of outreach campaigns.Communicating promotions and other marketing activities to our partners.Reaching specified sales and activity targets as set out by the Business Development Manager.Assist in inventory count once per year.Occasional travel may be required.Who you must be/ What you must have:Openly and candidly communicates with your manager and the rest of the team.Always operates with integrity and honesty and easily earns the trust of others.Possesses a learning mindset, always looking to improve and experiment with your approach.Listens to understand rather than listening to respond.Enjoy the challenge of communication and discovery.Have good “follow through”. Does not fail in the same manner repeatedly.
