While industry experience is not required, strong people skills, a positive attitude, and a drive for success are a must!Availability:

Evenings & Saturdays required approximately 15-20 hours per week
Flexible schedule within Monday-Thursday (10 AM - 8 PM) and Friday/Saturday (10 AM - 5 PM)

Important: If you’re uncomfortable with sales, calling leads, and inviting potential members to visit the club, this position may not be the right fit.What You’ll Be Doing:Membership Sales – Use our proven system to guide guests past their roadblocks and help them start their fitness journey. No pushy sales tactics—just genuine support and motivation! Earn uncapped commission on membership and personal training salesMarketing & Outreach – Think creatively to attract quality members through community engagement, social media, and promotions. Experience with Facebook Ads and content creation is a plus!Club Presentation & Cleanliness – Take pride in your club! Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming space for members. Yes, this includes vacuuming floors and cleaning restrooms—we all pitch in to keep the gym looking great!Community Engagement – Represent our brand at local events, Chamber of Commerce meetings, and sponsorships—even on weekends! We love being active in our community.Member Experience & Retention – Can you create an atmosphere that members love? Inspire members to invite friends, share their experiences, and stay engaged.
