- Prepare complex SR&ED claims and coordinate with cross‑functional client teams to gather all required costing information.
- Collaborate with technical teams to identify eligible expenditures and streamline the claim preparation process.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships; lead eligibility meetings and oversee financial components, including costing summaries and completion of SR&ED schedules in corporate tax returns.
- Provide guidance on SR&ED tax credits and related legislation, staying current on program updates and policy changes.
- Assess client business processes and financial structures to improve compliance and maximize available tax credits.
- May represent clients during CRA and provincial reviews, prepare documentation packages and responses.

- A University graduate from Computer Science, Engineering or Science discipline
- SR&ED claim preparation experience, with a focus on IT/Software (preferred)
- Capability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Proficient in Outlook, MS Word and Excel
- Professional and personal demeanour with excellent client service and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated team player, willing to take initiative and eager to learn
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills, ability to convey ideas in a simple manner
- Previous experience in a professional services firm would be an asset
- Valid G class drivers licence and access to a vehicle
