GSK is looking to hire a Territory Associate to join our Vaccines team. This role is field-based contract, and reports directly to the First Line Sales Leader. This position covers the Calgary territory.As a Territory Associate, you will be responsible for executing strategic business plans that drive customer engagement and maximize the value of GSK’s innovative portfolio. You will lead business development initiatives, foster meaningful customer relationships, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure the successful implementation of marketing strategies. Your ability to demonstrate business acumen, communicate effectively, and work autonomously will be critical to success. Basic Qualifications:
We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, marketing, or related fieldMinimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably in healthcare or pharmaceuticalsValid driver’s license and ability to travel within the assigned territoryStrong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain professional relationshipsProficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPointAbility to analyze data and use insights to inform strategy and decision-makingComfort with omnichannel engagement methods and digital customer interactionsStrong analytical skills to use data for decision-makingProven ability to create and execute territory business plansSkills interpreting scientific data and translating it for customersPreferred Qualifications:
If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:Experience in pharmaceutical sales or a related healthcare industryExperience selling to specialists or running key account activitiesA local presence in Calgary and familiarity with the region’s healthcare system***This position requires the employee to drive routinely on company business and allows for the provision of a company-leased vehicle.
