- Understanding and Documenting Requirements. Facilitate elicitation sessions with Business teams, Suppliers and Technology partners in order to identify and document Business Requirements aligned to the Project scope, Business objectives and benefits. Conduct Feasibility assessments to identify most optimum solutions and cost/benefit. Utilize standard Business Analysis methodologies to create Business Requirements artifacts and facilitate signoffs from stakeholders and sponsors.
- Conducting process assessments. Apply Process design best practices to accurately document both Current and Future state processes and data flows. Perform ongoing reviews to identify issues early on and create efficient processes with a best-in-class client experience.
- Communication. You’ll use your powers of communication and consultation to speak to requirements, issues, risks and solutions with influence. Your solid interpersonal skills are a must for collaborating with stakeholders, product owners, team members and/or external parties.
- Leadership skills. Maintain a collaborative work environment and support your team to resolve problems as they arise. Lead and/or support People Change management activities, including applying best practices in assessing change and creating appropriate learning material or procedure updates.
- Familiarity with Testing Methodologies. Co-ordinate user acceptance testing including creation of test cases, test data and execution of testing. Ensure test results are documented and approved by stakeholders.
