Here's how your role will strengthen our team.This is a unique opportunity for someone with the mindset of an Innovator to help build the future of how we design and deliver projects-from concept to prefabrication to final installation. If you're a quick learner with a passion for new technology, this role is for you.Your success will be measured by your confidence and proficiency with our new core technologies, particularly GTP Stratus and Revizto. You will be fully integrated into our implementation team and actively contributing to new system development.Your responsibilities
  • Work directly with the department heads to implement new tools and workflows
  • Work closely with our electrical planners to provide Revit assisted drafting, troubleshoot modeling issues, develop new solutions, and help evolve our workflows
  • Become a power user of new software, including Revizto and GTP Stratus, and integrate new Revit add-ons
  • Assist in building a comprehensive system to create construction installation packages directly from the 3D model, for the installation of pre-coordinated and prefabricated electrical infrastructure with maximum efficiency
  • Learn new scripting tools and show how technology can improve design and delivery
  • Keep up with industry changes and be open to learning new tools and technology
Your experience and skills
  • 2+ years of proven Revit knowledge, skills, and experience in a professional environment
  • A natural curiosity and ability to independently learn and master new software including GTP Stratus and Revizto
  • Strong knowledge and ability to interpret design and construction drawings
  • Experience with ACC, LOD standards, and creating Revit families, an asset
  • Experience with Coding, an asset
  • Strong organizational and prioritizing skills with the ability to take initiative
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to work in a collaborative environment.
  • Eager personality with drive to continue to learn and develop
  • Energetic, flexible, problem-solving mindset

Salary Range: $30 - $40 per hour, plus a competitive total compensation package. Actual salary will depend on your experience, skills and overall match to the position offered.
