- Manage complex employee relations, including investigations and terminations.
- Support organizational change and transformation initiatives.
- Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion.
- Deliver training, coaching, and development programs.
- Ensure compliance with employment standards, policies, and agreements.
- Handle grievances and labour relations matters.
- Develop and implement HR policies and initiatives.
- Provide responsive support to stakeholders.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior-level HR role.
- Expertise in HR administration, policy development, and training.
- Experience in performance management and assessments.
- Background in labour relations, including grievances and bargaining.
- Skilled in workplace investigations and issue resolution.
- Strong leadership with ability to mentor and develop others.
- Knowledge of employment standards and HR compliance.
- Excellent communication and advisory skills.
