If so, this opportunity may be right for you.Reporting to the Team Lead, Forms and Technical Services, this role supports a specialized team responsible for the analysis, design, and implementation of electronic forms for ministries across the Government of Alberta. You will work closely with clients and technical specialists to translate business needs, processes, and regulatory requirements into effective, compliant, and accessible forms solutions aligned with GoA standards, including WCAG and Visual Identity Guidelines.This role applies strong business analysis skills to gather and document requirements, support solution design, and validate deliverables. While not focused on hands-on development, you will provide business context, support testing activities, and contribute to the responsible use of emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence, to improve form design, data quality, and service efficiency.Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential, as you will manage multiple projects from concept through completion, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.What You Will Bring
The successful candidate will demonstrate:
- Experience working with diverse stakeholders, including across multiple levels of government.
- An understanding of forms design and development and other data collection tools
- Strong analytical, detail oriented, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work effectively in a busy environment while managing multiple projects concurrently.
- Awareness of emerging technologies, such as artificial intelligence (AI), and
- A diploma in a related field plus a minimum of two (2) years of experience in business analysis and/or project management.
- Process analysis
- Experience with government forms design standards
- Government forms management policies and procedures
- Government forms design standards; and
- AI technologies
- A related bachelors degree with no related experience; or
- A related one-year certificate and a minimum of three (3) years of related experience; or
- A minimum of four (4) years of related experience in lieu of formal education
