Under general supervision, the Instructor delivers engaging instruction and supports student learning in accordance with the approved curriculum. This role requires professionalism, subject expertise, and a commitment to student success.Location: CDI College - WinnipegCompensation: $50,000-$55,000 annuallyJob Type: Ongoing Fulltime/ 40hrsShift Type: Monday to FridayExpected Start Date: ASAPKey Responsibilities:
  • Deliver course content as per the prescribed curriculum
  • Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and assessments
  • Monitor and evaluate student progress, provide feedback, and maintain records
  • Participate in curriculum development and faculty meetings
  • Maintain current knowledge of industry standards and instructional best practices
  • Ensure compliance with institutional policies and academic standards
  • Submit grades, attendance, and course updates in a timely manner
Qualifications:
  • Certified/Registered Dental Professional (MDA & NDAEB certified)
  • Degree, diploma, or certification in a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of general dental practice experience
  • Prior teaching or instructional experience preferred
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills
  • Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
