- Self-identify as Indigenous (First Nations, Inuit, Métis)
- Bring at least 5 years of experience in a software, hardware, or telecommunications technology development role.
- Proven ability to build rapport and communicate effectively with both non-technical client management and their technical staff within the tax landscape.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills, allowing you to convey information quickly, persuasively, and concisely in the context of tax advisory.
- Ability to work independently within a high-performance team in the tax domain, demonstrating autonomy and effectiveness within a collaborative and dynamic environment.
