
Account Executive (English/French)

- Proactively identify and target high-opportunity new prospects within your assigned market.
- Prioritize leads and opportunities to build a robust pipeline with a balanced mix of near-term and long-term deals.
- Own the entire sales cycle, from demand creation and lead generation to deal closure.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for newly acquired accounts during the first 12 months.
- Develop comprehensive strategies for onboarding and implementation
- Proactively identify opportunities for account expansion and drive incremental revenue during the first year.
- Deliver high-quality Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to communicate progress, results, and strategic recommendations during the first 12 months.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and alignment
- Partner with renewal and expansion teams to ensure a smooth transition of accounts after the 12-month period.
- Share insights and documentation to enable long-term account growth and retention.
- Documentation of all client communications in our Client Relationship Management (CRM) system Hubspot, including assigning tasks and taking action on assigned tasks.
- Keep track of sales performance metrics through the use of Client Relationship Management (CRM) tools and other systems.
- University degree or equivalent
- Professional sales training is an asset
- Subject matter expertise in our target legal or financial services industries
- Technical, communications or SaaS industry experience
- 5+ years of strategic selling to complex accounts
- Strong track record of success in managing all aspects of the sales cycle
- Experience dealing with C-level executives and senior managers
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Suite (Gmail, G-drive) and CRM software (Hubspot, etc.)
- Law background or experience is a bonus
- Very strong work ethic and interpersonal skills to develop trusted relationships
- Ability to excel in a growing, dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Organized, analytical, and methodical, with strong attention to detail
- Proven ability to demonstrate a consultative sales approach to problem-solving
- Highly motivated self-starter, able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Process-driven to ensure that the sales cycle is optimized and the opportunity pipeline is maximized
- Excellent presentation and written communication skills
- Active on Social Media (LinkedIn, blogs, postings)
- Bilingual (English/French).
