Job Description:The way consumers engage with brands and our retailers is dramatically evolving. Our Omni-Channel team strives to be on the cutting-edge of that change and serve consumers wherever and whenever they shop. As a result, we’re seeking a passionate Associate eCommerce Manager to help us pave the way forward in this dynamic space. This role will play a critical role in rapidly growing our eCommerce business by activating plans at our Pureplay Customers (i.e., Amazon, Instacart, Voila, Uber). This individual will be accountable for building strong partnerships both internally and externally in order to help deliver against our goals.KEY ACCOUNTABILITIESThis role will have end-to-end ownership of our digital activations across Pureplay Customers. This includes strategy development, creative development, media planning, execution, and performance reporting.
  • Retailer Partnerships:
  • Effectively translate business unit priorities into best-in-class digital activations at Pureplay Retailers.
  • Accountable for performance evaluation and optimizing the go-forward strategy.
  • Play an active role in building relationships with external counterparts in order to drive the business forward and unlock incremental value.
  • Present ideas to key internal/external stakeholders and secure commitment for them.
  • Ensure that our brands show up brilliantly on our retailers’ digital shelves (i.e., optimized content, effective search strategy).
  • Expanding Capabilities:
  • Be on the cutting-edge of retail media capabilities and leverage an ever-growing toolkit to drive business priorities (i.e., on-site media, offsite media, paid search).
  • Act as a strategic consultant to Sales and Brand Experience as they develop their support plans.
  • Serve as an eCommerce expert to the broader organization via thought leadership and best practice sharing.
  • Continue to advocate for improved capabilities with our agency partners.
  • Data, Reporting & Budgeting:
  • Track performance, identify drivers, and optimize accordingly in an effort to drive sales/competitiveness.
  • Ensure that the eCommerce budget is on-plan and maximized to drive the strongest return.
  • Project Management:
  • Manage multiple programs from ideation to flawless activation.
  • Demonstrate the ability and initiative to accept high levels of delegated responsibility and work with minimal supervision.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
  • A post-secondary university degree/diploma in a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience working with digital media/eComm platforms and success in delivering consumer-first campaigns.
  • Growth Mindset/Thought Leader: Has a healthy dissatisfaction with the status quo and is intellectually curious.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Operating Autonomously: Able to work through a great deal of ambiguity and complexity to drive initiatives forward. This individual should feel comfortable working autonomously and elevating when the situation requires.
  • Exceptional Communicator/Coalition Builder: Able to communicate strategies/ideas clearly and unite the broader team around them. It’s critical that this individual can build strong partnerships both internally and externally in order to drive mutually beneficial value.
  • Analytical Skills: Critical that this individual is able to work with large data sets and distill them down into compelling/actionable insights.
