- Drive the continuous improvement and administration of enterprise performance management software.
- Partner with finance teams to understand challenges and translate them into system-based solutions.
- Lead large-scale projects, including planning, charter development, requirements gathering, solution design, testing, and implementation.
- Support metadata management, process optimization, documentation, and end-user training.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to build dashboards, improve workflows, and troubleshoot issues.
- You have a CPA designation or significant experience in a finance-focused role—this is essential.
- You’ve successfully led end-to-end rollouts of large systems or tools within financial environments.
- You communicate with clarity and confidence across all organizational levels.
- You’ve created project charters, terms of reference, and carried out full lifecycle solution development and testing.
- You’re proactive, resourceful, and thrive in both structured and fast-paced environments.
