You'll shape solution strategy with clients, scope and price engagements, and remain accountable through delivery-ensuring what we sell is successfully implemented. The ideal candidate is a seasoned practitioner with strong technology presales background in middleware, who can translate customer needs into implementable architectures and lead teams to outcomes.Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead pre sales solutioning for integration and middleware opportunities (e.g., MuleSoft, Software AG, IBM), partnering with account teams to qualify, shape, and win pursuits.
  • Price and scope work, produce proposals, and present solution narratives that connect business problems to technical architectures.
  • Own the hand off into delivery-remain accountable post sale, oversee mobilization, and ensure delivery teams have the context and guardrails to succeed.
  • Consolidate and manage the deal desk/pipeline, capturing opportunity details, resourcing needs, status, value, and timelines; drive weekly pipeline calls focused on progress, risks, and next steps.
  • Apply clear labels and governance across pursuits (RFP/pursuit classification, resource counts, owners) and maintain accurate notes that support resourcing and forecasts.
  • Collaborate across disciplines (architecture, delivery management, staffing/availability) to align demand and supply and scale through delivery managers.
About the teamWe're growing our Product Engineering & Development team and seeking an experienced Intermediate Developer who can contribute to both delivery and pre-sales activities. Depending on your background, you'll work in one of several technical domains: custom development, integration/middleware, Curam (social program management), DevOps/infrastructure, AI-enhanced development, or Azure cloud engineering. Regardless of your specialty, you'll support technical solutioning with clients and help scope engagements alongside senior team members. The ideal candidate is a hands-on technologist who can clearly communicate technical concepts and contribute to the sales process when needed.Enough about us, let's talk about youMust have qualifications:
  • Demonstrated technology pre sales experience in middleware/integration (e.g., MuleSoft, Software AG, IBM) with the architectural depth to bridge between customer needs and delivery teams.
  • Proven ability to scope, estimate, and price complex integration work.
  • Track record of owning delivery outcomes for solutions you've helped sell; comfortable operating across pre sales and delivery.
  • Excellent communication and client facing storytelling skills. Nice to have
  • Experience scaling delivery ; strong pipeline governance habits.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools; emphasis is on pre sales, pricing, and delivery integration.
Total RewardsThe salary range for this position is $90,000 - $175,000 for Managers and $126,000 - $234,000 for Senior Managers, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
