
Project Engineer - Rail and Transit

- You will guide projects seamlessly through every phase.
- You will collaborate with dynamic project teams to define concepts and scope that support both client needs and strategic goals.
- You will develop comprehensive work plans, including contract phases, budget allocations, and meticulous scheduling.
- You will review engineering work plans to ensure precise alignment with scope, budget, and schedule.
- You will oversee the preparation of technical specifications and detailed drawings.
- You will prepare Board Reports and coordinate essential inputs from other departments.
- You will provide engineering expertise throughout construction phases, ensuring full compliance with project requirements.
- You will prepare concise project summaries.
- You will handle other related responsibilities as required.
- A bachelor's degree in Engineering or related discipline.
- Professional Engineer License (or Architect) in the Province of Ontario (P.Eng.) (or be eligible to obtain).
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is an asset.
- Minimum 5 years of work experience in a similar capacity preferred.
- Experience with construction drawings, site work, construction quality control, and reporting.
- Engineering knowledge in one or more disciplines and you will be required to perform monitoring and auditing across multiple disciplines with the support of discipline leads.
- Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills including technical report writing skills.
