Our client is seeking a dedicated ICI focused project Manager with the ability to manage multiple small to mid sized projects at any one time. Projects range from retail/commercial renovations/fit-outs to new builds. This role has come about due significant sustained growth.Project Manager - ICI - OttawaKey Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all aspects of projects, from planning to implementation.
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties for flawless execution of projects.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget.
  • Manage several projects at once
  • Manage relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans and monitor progress.
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

  • An educational background in Construction Management or a related field.
  • 5+ years ICI focused project management experience
  • Proven work experience in project management in ICI Construction
  • Experience managing a portfolio of multiple small to mid-sized ICI projects
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to manage teams.
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software tools (Procore is preferred)
