- For Registered Nurses (RN)- This position offers a competitive compensation grid, with progression based on hours worked and role-specific criteria. The RN hourly range is $31.15 to $46.00, and placement within the grid will be determined in accordance with company policies and procedures, as well as the candidate’s knowledge, skills, qualifications, and relevant experience.
- For Registered Practical Nurses (RPN) - This position offers a competitive compensation grid, with progression based on hours worked and role-specific criteria. The RPN hourly range is $26.38 to $32.40, and placement within the grid will be determined in accordance with company policies and procedures, as well as the candidate’s knowledge, skills, qualifications, and relevant experience.
- Developing and maintaining an effective Care Plan with respect to Community Health Services, independently or in cooperation with the Ontario Health atHome.
- Working with patients in-person to provide exceptional nursing services
- Providing a wide spectrum of services within our fully equipped nursing clinic (i.e. compression therapy, oncology support, hydration management, IV therapy ostomy and wound care, catheter management , etc.)
- Performing other clinical duties as required
- Registered Nurse (RN) or Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) degree or diploma
- Current College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO) registration in good standing
- A strong desire and commitment to making a difference in the lives of our patients
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
- CPR Certification
- Current immunization record including 2 step TB test
- To protect our patients, we require a current vulnerable sector check and a clear background check
