- Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Engineering, Business or Health Sciences (Clinical organization experience)
- Master’s Degree, preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of project management experience on mid-to-large-scale projects with demonstrated understanding of project management methods, tools and techniques
- Prior experience in top-tier management consulting or similar strategy roles
- Project experience in health care (preferably in Ontario)
- Understanding of PROSCI change management framework
- Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) or Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification or working towards this
- Experience with the latest digital project management tools
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to develop effective relationships with team members at all levels
- Ability to conduct effective briefings and presentations
- Excellent conflict management, problem solving, facilitation, change management skills and sound judgment abilities
- Ability to synthesize, structure, analyze and interpret performance data/ healthcare information
- Demonstrated secondary research skills (using academic and grey literature sources)
- Proactive and customer-focused work approach
- Demonstrated understanding of budgets, scheduling, planning and business acumen.
- High level of initiative and decisiveness with the ability to work effectively and meet competing deadlines
- Self-starter, team player, willing to assist colleagues, can work with reasonable supervision and eager to go beyond
- Proficient in MS Office Suite including Word, Excel, Visio and SharePoint™ with advanced skills in MS Project™ and Project Server.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a self-directed manner as well as collaboratively within a team in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment
- Demonstrated commitment to excellent customer service when interacting with patients, families, colleagues and physicians
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
