Utilize a voice pick headset and material handling equipment to assemble customer orders accurately
Use an RF handheld scanner to restock the warehouse efficiently
Operate various material handling equipment, including center rider, pallet jack, reach truck, order picker, lift truck, and dock stocker
Promote teamwork and contribute to the organization's success with a positive attitude
Adhere to RONA policies and uphold our core values
Support various departments to serve customers effectively
Assist partner Distribution Centers as needed
Maintain a safe work environment and follow warehouse safety standards
Perform facility upkeep tasks, including cleaning, tidying, inventory support, and light maintenance
Demonstrate good visual and manual coordination with attention to detail
Handle merchandise up to 50lbs, with team-lift for heavier items

What we're looking for:

Experience in machine operation is an asset
Familiarity with voice picking technology is an asset
Strong commitment to exceptional customer service
Proficiency in time management and problem-solving
Team-oriented mindset with a positive outlook
Ability to perform tasks involving stretching, bending, lifting, and carrying medium to heavy products
Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
