- Salary Expectations: $70,000 - $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and referrals.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients to generate and convert leads.
- Prepare and issue accurate, timely, and professional quotations in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Prepare contracts for new projects and ensure alignment with approved terms.
- Proactively present design proposals to customers to support sales initiatives.
- Oversee the preparation and issuance of invoices.
- Collaborate with internal departments to develop quotations and initiate project execution.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales activity records in Salesforce.
- Work closely with the Deputy General Manager to develop and implement effective marketing strategies.
- Participate in and support the company's Safety Management System (SMS) program.
- Perform additional duties as required or assigned by the Deputy General Manager.
- Invoices that deviate from contractual terms.
- Approval of all customer quotations prior to submission.
- Review and approval of contracts before presentation to customers.
- Strong understanding of the company's operations, services, and business objectives.
- Demonstrated ability to prepare accurate and detailed quotations.
- Highly self-motivated with a positive and proactive approach.
- Excellent networking, communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong presentation and negotiation abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, Excel, Salesforce, and Jetnet.
- Results-oriented, disciplined, and detail-focused.
Requirements
- Minimum of five years of sales and business development experience.
- Minimum of five years of aviation experience within the MRO industry, preferably in North America or Europe.
- Ability to travel as required; valid passport is mandatory.
- Combined experience in aviation, business development, and sales.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline with formal training in Sales Management.
- Working knowledge of aircraft interior and exterior refurbishment.
