Are you ready to spearhead HR technology and change management while shaping the future of HR strategy?We are seeking an Executive Director of HR Transformation and Change to join the Human Resources team to optimize HR processes and leverage strategies to enhance the employee experience. Reporting directly to the Vice President of HR, you will be responsible for leading transformation and change management programs that enhance people, processes, and technology to align with Seneca’s priorities and strategic goals. Leading a dynamic team, you’ll use tools and techniques, including agile project management, to bring our vision to life - creating an environment that supports employee success and fosters a positive workplace culture.Here's What’s on Your HorizonWith a commitment to innovation and process excellence, you will lead initiatives aimed at optimizing and enhancing the employee experience and building meaningful connections by:
  • Playing a pivotal role in executing HR transformation solutions to optimize the employee experience in alignment with Seneca’s strategic plan.
  • Supporting the VP, Human Resources and the HR leadership team in operationalizing and evolving HR strategic priorities.
  • Overseeing the development and utilization of workforce insights, data governance and analytics to cultivate robust HR decision-making.
  • Developing and executing an integrated HR Technology Strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Developing change management strategies and communication plans to support HR transformation.
