Prepare and distribute invoices to clientsPrepare and distribute other invoices in general as requiredFollow up on overdue accounts, report default accounts appropriatelyAccounts Payable:Process vendor invoices and expense claimsEnsure invoices are approved by appropriate personEnsure expense claims are completed correctlyReconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepanciesEnsure timely processing of all invoices and expensesRequirementsRequired Skills/Experience:5+ years accounting experiencePerform monthly, quarterly and annual accounting activities including reconciliations of bank and credit card accounts, coordination and completion of annual audits, and reviewing financial reports/support as necessaryAnalyze and report on financial status including income statement variances, communicating financial results to management, budget preparation and monthly analysisImprove systems and procedures and initiate corrective actionsOversee taxes and abide by federal regulationsAdditional experience in Audit and International accounting as assetReceptive to learn a new accounting program on the Zoho platform quicklyAdvanced computer skills in MS Office, accounting software and databasesExcellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skillsWork with autonomy and be proactiveMust pass detailed background checksAt least 3 references from previous jobs and personal character referencesExceptional oral and written communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work with all levels of management and be professionalAttributes;Calm and patient under pressureThrive in a constantly changing environmentAssertive and proactivePresent yourself in a polished, professional manner
