Explore with us-your journey starts here.What You'll DoUnder the direction of the Registered Nurse (RN) or Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) a Personal Support Worker (PSW) will provide personal care of residents in accordance with the residents' care plan ensuring high quality care and in collaboration with the interdisciplinary health care team.What We're Looking ForEducation & Experience

Ontario Secondary School Diploma or equivalent
Personal Support Worker Certificate or equivalent as per the Fixing Long-Term Care Act, 2021
One year previous working experience in health care, preferably in a long term care setting

Skills & Abilities

Mature and in good physical health
Genuine interest in the well-being of the elderly
Demonstrated patience, adaptability and flexibility
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Clean Vulnerable Sector Criminal Reference Check
