What You'll Do:
  • Support daily trading and monitoring of client account activity
  • Prepare client reports and assist with portfolio and pool metrics
  • Perform trade reconciliations, including third-party custodial communications
  • Manage a portfolio management software tool for client accounts
  • Provide general administrative support for the team
What You Bring:
  • A diploma or degree in business, financial services, or administration
  • 2+ years of experience in banking, investments, or related fields (or equivalent education + experience)
  • A detail-oriented mindset and commitment to accuracy
  • Excellent communication, organization, and analytical skills
  • Tech-savvy with strong MS Office skills
