- Develop integrated marketing communication plans aligned with business goals and product strategies/ roadmaps.
- Collaborate with product management, engineering, and sales teams to translate technical features into customer-focused value propositions.
- Support go‑to‑market strategies for new product launches, including messaging, collateral, and promotional campaigns.
- Develop annual MACOM budget, key projects, and monitor their progress.
- Produce high-quality content such as brochures, case studies, white papers, technical articles, presentations, and company websites.
- Manage digital content across company websites, social media channels, and various email platforms.
- Ensure brand and messaging consistency across all communication materials.
- Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, digital ads, print, trade publications, and social media).
- Track campaign performance and optimize based on data-driven insights.
- Coordinate with external agencies, designers, and vendors when needed.
- Organize and support industry trade shows, conferences, and customer events.
- Develop booth messaging, product displays, and promotional materials.
- Manage event logistics and post-event follow-up activities.
- Support internal communication initiatives, including newsletters, announcements, and employee engagement campaigns.
- Work with leadership to ensure consistent messaging across the organization.
- Maintain relationships with industry media and trade publications.
- Draft press releases, product announcements, and thought-leadership articles.
- Monitor and report brand perception and ensure alignment with corporate identity.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Engineering, or related field.
- Experience in industrial, manufacturing, engineering, or B2B environments strongly preferred.
- Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to simplify complex technical information.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools (CRM, CMS, email automation, analytics).
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of industrial products, automation, manufacturing processes, or engineering concepts.
- Experience with graphic design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
- Understanding of SEO, SEM, and digital advertising.
- Ability to create video scripts or basic multimedia content.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills across cross-functional teams.
