- Lead and govern large-scale, complex Dayforce HCM programs across multiple workstreams and client teams
- Act as a senior trusted advisor to executive-level stakeholders, guiding HR transformation strategy and roadmap decisions
- Provide deep functional and solution leadership across Dayforce HCM modules, including Core HR, Payroll, Time & Attendance, Benefits, and Talent
- Translate client business strategy and operating models into scalable Dayforce solutions
- Oversee delivery quality, financial performance, risk management, and overall client satisfaction across engagements
- Guide system architecture decisions, integrations, and upgrade strategies in collaboration with technical and functional leads
- Sponsor and coach delivery leads, managers, and consultants, fostering strong performance, growth, and engagemen
- Set direction for training, change, and adoption strategies to drive sustained client value
- Collaborate with alliance partners and internal teams to shape leading practices and innovative solutions
- Play a significant role in business development, including account growth, proposals, pricing strategies, and executive presentations
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree or MBA is preferred.
- A minimum of 7-10 years of experience in HR consulting, HR transformation, or a related field, with a strong focus on HCM implementations.
- Proven track record of managing complex HR transformation projects from inception to completion.
- Deep understanding of HR processes, technologies, and best practices, with specific expertise in HCM modules (e.g., Core HR, payroll, time & attendance, benefits, talent management).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, including experience with data and analytics.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple project priorities.
- In-depth understanding of the latest HR technologies and a keen interest or experience in artificial intelligence (AI) applications.
- Professional certifications such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR, or Dayforce certifications are an asset.
