Project Administrator, Intermediate - Contract - 18375About the OpportunityOur Public Sector client is seeking an experienced Project Administrator with a strong background in Information Management to support digital transformation initiatives. This contract role offers an exciting opportunity to work on high-impact IM projects that enable operational efficiencies and modernize processes across the organization. You'll collaborate with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts to help implement digital tools, develop IM best practices, and train teams across departments.Duties include but are not limited to:
  • Work with business, functional, and technical leads to identify efficiencies in existing processes
  • Lead and facilitate workshops to gather, affirm, and validate IM best practices and tooling
  • Document IM best practices throughout the information management lifecycle
  • Coordinate information retention and disposition practices
  • Provide one-on-one and group training on digital tools used by the organization
  • Support the IM community with up-to-date guidance on processes and technology
  • Review and optimize existing corporate record repositories
  • Develop automated workflows in the D365 environment
  • Maintain a digital support page with tutorials and resources
  • Monitor a shared mailbox for IM support requests and triage as needed
  • Migrate content from legacy repositories to SharePoint Online as required
  • Identify and transfer information resources of business value (IRBV)
  • Plan, develop, and test digital solutions
  • Gather user requirements for future enhancements
  • Advise management on risks or blockers impacting the IM program
About You
  • The successful candidate will have the following:
  • Post-secondary education in a related field or combination of education and relevant work experience
  • Minimum 2 years of Information Management experience within the last 5 years
  • Minimum 2 years of experience with Microsoft 365 and/or Defence 365 SharePoint within the last 5 years
  • English essential (oral, written, comprehension - advanced level)
  • Valid Secret security clearance is required
