Maintenance Lead

• Registered Journeyman or Red Seal Millwright license.
• 2 5 years of maintenance supervisory experience.
• Skilled with industrial systems, parts ordering, Microsoft Office, and Lean/5S.
• Strong leader, organized, adaptable, and effective in fast-paced environments.

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair production machinery, equipment, and facility systems, performing both scheduled and emergency maintenance.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues; read manuals and work orders; use various tools and testing equipment to ensure safe, efficient operations.
• Manage parts sourcing, purchase orders, vendor coordination, and maintenance records while supporting budget compliance and cost control.
• Promote and follow all health, safety, and cleanliness standards, reporting issues and leading contractors or vendors as needed.
