- Test digital marketing campaigns (email, social media, ads) for accuracy, layout integrity, tracking, and user experience before launch.
- Collaborate with the SEO Lead and Analytics specialist to ensure UTM parameters and tags are correctly implemented for campaign performance tracking.
- Validate workflows, forms, and user journeys within marketing automation tools (ex, Hubspot).
- Support testing of dynamic content, personalization, and segmentation logic.
- Test webpages, landing pages, and microsites for accuracy, functionality, responsiveness, and browser/device compatibility.
- Ensure correct implementation of SEO best practices, metadata, tagging, and alt text.
- Validate all links, forms, buttons, and interactive elements work as intended.
- Ensure brand compliance is met.
- Ensure French and English content is clear and correct.
- Document issues and work closely with developers and the digital program manager to ensure timely resolution.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and maintain testing documentation/checklists.
- Monitor for content errors, broken links, and performance issues post-deployment.
- Set up automated testing systems to ensure quick detection of issues within our digital sites.
- Social media audits to ensure brand compliance and compatibility of content (images, banners etc.)
- 2–4 years of experience in a QA in a digital marketing environment
- Strong understanding of web standards, usability, and responsive design.
- Experience using testing tools for browser compliance and accessibility (AODA Compliance)
- Understanding of accessibility and usability best practices
- Experience in app user testing
- Experience with QA tools and techniques
- Experience using a project management tool like Airtable, Asana and Microsoft is an asset
- Excellent written and oral understanding of French and English
- Familiarity with CMS platforms and digital marketing systems.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is an asset.
- Excellent communication, organization, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional team.
