- Customer service
- Provide first-level customer service by creating and handling requests, documenting them, resolving them, and following up until they are closed;
- Reproduce the problem or anomaly described by the external customer in the use of the software on internal databases to direct the correction to the right department;
- Prioritize customer requests according to the severity of the problem, to identify situations that may require escalation;
- Create change requests and improvement requests and have them reviewed by the expert;
- Writing and/or reviewing documentation for customers;
- Occasional participation in quality control activities and delivery of releases.
- Self-training
- Ensure continuous learning of administrative solutions through self-training with a view to versatility.
- Have a minimum of 1-2 years' experience in the deployment and/or support of financial resource management information systems and/or accounting in the healthcare sector.
- Knowledge of GRF-GRM / FMMS software packages
- Knowledge of the Quebec healthcare environment
- Proficiency in accounting concepts.
- Knowledge of a budget cycle (asset).
- Must have strong customer service skills.
- Good command of the Office Suite (Word, Outlook, etc.).
- Strong teamwork skills.
- Interpersonal skills & empathy.
- Self-motivated.
- This position must be fluently bilingual (French and English) as the candidate will be responsible for working with documentation in both French and English and communicating, orally and in writing, with both French-speaking and English-speaking partners/clients/suppliers/colleagues.
