Your ImpactAs our Site Superintendent, you’ll be the on-the-ground leader ensuring every phase of construction of tenant improvements runs smoothly. You’ll inspire your team, collaborate with architects and engineers, and make critical decisions that lead to successful project delivery.You will:
  • Direct all on-site commercial construction activities, managing staff and subcontractors with efficiency and respect.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and ensure milestones are met.
  • Lead daily site operations, toolbox talks, and staff meetings for optimal clarity and safety.
  • Enforce high safety and quality standards in compliance with all regulations.
  • Coordinate closely with suppliers, ensure on-time delivery of materials, and handle permits and inspections.
  • Troubleshoot site issues quickly, keeping projects on track and stakeholders informed.
  • Complete final turnover with an exceptionally clean, ready-to-occupy space for the client.
  • Jump in on light carpentry tasks as needed to keep timelines moving.
What You Bring
  • Proven success as a Commercial Construction Superintendent (multi-phase or large-scale projects preferred).
  • In-depth knowledge of construction processes, building codes, safety legislation, and quality standards.
  • Skilled leader who motivates teams, builds trust, and solves problems under pressure.
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate with clients, trades, and professionals at all levels.
  • Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office; knowledge of construction project management software is a plus.
  • Journeyman Carpenter, Construction Technologist, or equivalent trade certification preferred.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
