Guidewire BSA - Policy Center

• 8–10 years of professional experience in business analysis, functional consulting, or Guidewire implementations.

• Understand current system functionality and evaluate business-critical features.

• Perform gap analysis between existing systems and the target platform.

• Identify dependencies and impacts across modules and processes.

• Prioritize migration or implementation tasks based on business needs.

• Document functional requirements, use cases, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

• Align stakeholders and support requirement validation.

• Conduct workshops, JAD sessions, and walk-throughs to understand insurance product rules, underwriting processes, and policy lifecycle.

• Analyze differences between out-of-the-box (OOTB) Guidewire functionality and client-specific requirements.

• Strong experience with Guidewire PolicyCenter and Guidewire InsuranceSuite Integration.

• Ability to elicit, document, and clarify business requirements effectively.

• Experience conducting workshops and stakeholder sessions.

• Expertise in gap analysis, use cases, and user story creation.

• Strong understanding of insurance domain processes (policy lifecycle, underwriting, product rules).

• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Familiarity with Core Java, ReactJS, or Advanced Java Concepts.

• Experience with other Guidewire modules is a plus.

• Prior experience in insurance domain implementations.
