Position SummaryThe Golf Shop Attendant’s primary function is to assist with the daily operation of the golf course. Their focus will be on properly checking-in guests and members for play, as well as booking in future rounds of golf and assisting with the organization and sales of merchandise. They will act as a guest service representative to all members and guests.Duties & ResponsibilitiesChecking-In Guests and Members: Welcoming guests and members to the golf course, verifying their reservations, and ensuring they have all necessary equipment and information for their round of golf.Booking Future Rounds: Assisting guests and members with booking future tee times, accommodating their preferences whenever possible, and providing information about course availability and special events.Merchandise Organization and Sales: Maintaining the organization and cleanliness of the golf shop, restocking merchandise as needed, and assisting customers with their purchases.
