- Partner with senior leadership on legal and governance matters, ensuring compliance and efficient workflows.
- Maintain corporate records and documentation in line with internal and regulatory standards.
- Oversee the contract lifecycle, including drafting, reviewing, tracking approvals, renewals, and e-signature processes.
- Support preparation and coordination of board and committee meetings, including agendas, minutes, resolutions, and portal administration.
- Assist with regulatory filings, legal research, and due diligence efforts related to business initiatives.
- Track legal matters, invoices, and deadlines to ensure efficient operations.
- Provide general legal administrative support, including document editing and proofreading.
- Administer HR systems and processes, supporting the full employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding.
- Prepare and maintain HR documentation, including agreements, amendments, and compliance-related materials.
- Support administration of employee equity programs and consultant agreements.
- Coordinate policy acknowledgments, training compliance, and performance review cycles.
- Maintain organized HR records and assist with HR surveys and process improvements.
- 7+ years of experience in legal operations, corporate governance, or a combined legal/HR support role.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with the ability to balance shifting priorities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a sharp eye for detail and proofreading.
- Ability to work independently, exercise discretion, and maintain confidentiality.
- Tech-savvy, comfortable adopting new tools and platforms; experience with HRIS and contract management tools is an asset.
- Proficiency in productivity software (Google Workspace or Microsoft Office) and collaboration platforms (e.g., Slack, DocuSign).
- Prior experience in a public company or high-growth environment is considered an advantage.
