About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Abandoned Sales Coach (Phone) to drive conversion performance across our phone sales team. This role is responsible for improving conversion rate, average order value (AOV), and call quality by coaching agents who handle abandoned cart leads and inbound sales calls.The ideal candidate has a strong background in high-volume phone sales environments, understands direct-response selling, and can translate call reviews into measurable performance improvement. This is a hands-on coaching role focused on execution, accountability, and revenue impact.Key ResponsibilitiesReview recorded sales calls to identify performance gaps and coaching opportunitiesConduct structured 1:1 coaching sessions focused on:Objection handlingConfidence and call controlClosing techniquesOffer positioning and upsellingCompliance and accuracyMonitor and track agent performance metrics, including:Conversion rateAverage Order Value (AOV)Call quality scoreScript adherenceSales consistencyMaintain coaching logs, action plans, and follow-up schedulesReinforce approved scripts, rebuttals, and promotional offersPartner with QA, Training, and Operations to ensure coaching aligns with revenue goalsIdentify recurring issues, training gaps, or process breakdowns and recommend improvementsSupport onboarding and development of new sales agents as neededHelp maintain a high-performance, accountability-driven sales cultureQualifications2+ years of experience as a Sales Coach, Trainer, or Team Lead in a phone or call-center environmentProven experience in abandoned cart sales, inbound sales, or high-volume phone salesStrong understanding of:Sales psychologyObjection handlingClosing techniquesUpselling / cross-selling strategiesExperience reviewing call recordings and providing structured, actionable feedbackExcellent spoken and written English communication skillsData-driven mindset with ability to coach using metrics and performance trendsAbility to coach underperforming agents while maintaining morale and motivationBackground in QA, training, retention, or team leadership preferredExperience with CRM, dialers, or call analytics platformsExperience in eCommerce, supplements, or direct-response marketing is highly preferredTechnical RequirementsLaptop or desktop with minimum 8GB RAM (Intel Core i3 or higher)Noise-cancelling headset with clear microphoneInternet speed of at least 50 Mbps (wired connection preferred)Reliable backup internet connectionAccess to generator or backup power supply for uninterrupted workSuccess in This Role Looks LikeIncreased conversion rate on abandoned leadsHigher AOV from phone salesImproved call quality scoresStronger script adherenceMeasurable improvement in agent performance within 30–60 daysWith over 1.3 million happy customers, Magik builds and scales industry-leading direct-to-consumer health, wellness, and beauty brands.
