Client Location: Toronto (Onsite: 7.25 hours/day between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday)

Conditions may change based on organizational requirements and at the discretion of the Hiring Manager.About the EngagementAkkodis is seeking an Intermediate Project Control Officer to support procurement and project control activities for a large-scale public-sector initiative. The successful consultant will work closely with Supply Chain (Procurement) and project teams to ensure procurement processes, documentation, and project activities are completed in compliance with public-sector policies, standards requirements. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse internal and external stakeholders.ScopeSupport procurement and project control activities across multiple initiativesWork with internal stakeholders to ensure sourcing documents are complete, accurate, and compliantEnter, track, and maintain procurement activities within applicable systems (e.g., Workday, Flextrack)Maintain complete and auditable procurement and project documentation.Assignment DeliverablesCompleted and validated sourcing and procurement documentationAccurate system entries in Workday, Flextrack, and related toolsMaintained document repository with full audit trailBriefing notes, status updates, and reporting documentation.Expertise RequiredMust Have:Minimum 4 years' experience supporting procurement principles and processesMinimum 4 years' hands-on experience using procurement tools such as Workday, Flextrack, and/or eSourcingDemonstrated ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders while providing strong customer serviceProven attention to detail with excellent organizational and time-management skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and MS Teams document repositories.Nice to Have:Experience supporting multiple project managers and high-priority initiatives simultaneouslyExperience creating and maintaining project schedules, deliverables, and status reports.Security ClearanceRequired.ImportantThis is a business-to-business engagement.
