- Act as a strategic HR partner to managers and business leaders across multiple global regions.
- Actively participate in the development and evolution of the global HR strategy, considering regional and cultural realities.
- Ensure HR practices comply with local and international laws.
- Analyze HR trends and recommend concrete actions to improve organizational outcomes.
- Develop a data-driven approach to talent management by tracking key indicators and proposing data-based interventions.
- Support teams through organizational transformations by recommending change management strategies aligned with business realities.
- Collaborate closely with HR team members (total rewards, talent acquisition, etc.) to ensure consistent and integrated service delivery.
- Implement programs for identifying, developing, and retaining talent, while ensuring succession planning for critical roles.
- Support and coach managers to strengthen their leadership, engagement, and team management skills.
- Ensure sound labor relations management for both unionized and non-unionized employees, providing strategic oversight.
- Manage complex disability cases in partnership with managers.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Management, or a related field (Master's degree is an asset).
- Strong knowledge of labor laws. International knowledge is an asset.
- Minimum of 10 years of HR experience as an HR Business Partner.
- Experience in an international environment is an asset.
- Experience in team management or functional supervision.
- Excellent ability to influence, build trust, and navigate complex environments.
- Fluency in French and English, both spoken and written.
- Strong skills in analysis, problem-solving, and change management.
- Pragmatic and results-oriented approach, capable of moving from strategy to action when needed.
