Our client, in the Logistics Industry is seeking a Retail Representative-Float to join their team.Job Title: Retail Representative-FloatLocation: Surrey - Port Kells, Abbotsford, WillowbrookPay Range: $20.92/hour
Shift timings - Flexibility between 7 AM to 9 PM daily (30 hours guaranteed / week)What's the Job?
  • Serving our customers in the most efficient and courteous manner on the telephone and in person Up-selling and cross selling Corporate Products and Services
  • Handling customer complaints and inquiries Problem Solving
  • Working to resolve problem shipments
  • Working to resolve equipment and technology challenges
  • Loading, scanning, logging and calling resolution freight
  • Cash reconciliation including deposits, key control
What's Needed?
  • Driver's License and ability to drive between Port Kells, Abbotsford, Willowbrook as needed.
  • 3-12 Months Customer Service Experience
  • 3-12 Months Retail Experience
  • 3-12 Months using technology/ POS system Experience
  • Ability to lift 70lbs./stand for 3 hour intervals
  • Professional communication skills: oral communication (telephone and in person)
  • Written communication; and listening skill
