- Champion a strong personnel and food safety culture and maintain safe working conditions by enforcing hygiene and safety procedures
- Deliver consistent product quality by ensuring finished goods are manufactured to standards and manufacturing instructions, leveraging digital systems and tools.
- Sustain NGMP standards by keeping work areas and installations clean, organized, and audit-ready.
- Drive line performance through operational reviews (SHO, SOR, DOR, WOR) and standard routines (SDCA) to achieve sustainable results.
- Accelerate continuous improvement by applying structured problem-solving and knowledge-sharing tools (e.g., RCA, KSR, OPL).
- Build a high-performing team by developing and executing development plans, adherence to safety and hygiene procedures, and ensuring required competencies (including temporary employees) through effective training.
- Partner with key stakeholders-including shift teams, Maintenance, Unions, and functional representatives-to eliminate barriers and deliver results.
- Post-secondary degree in a technical field.
- 3-6 years of experience in a functional role within the CPG industry (Preferred).
- Experience managing, engaging, and motivating direct reports.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
- Demonstrated judgment and sound decision-making.
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to address non-compliance constructively and effectively.
- Ability to maintain a safe working environment through effective housekeeping and safe work practices.
- Ability to support smooth operations through effective staffing and deployment, and to set clear, objectives.
