- Support and contribute to ongoing research projects and quality improvement initiatives for the advancement of pharmacy practice and patient care.
- Assist in the preparation of educational materials, presentations, and reports related to medication safety and clinical practice improvement.
- Participate in educational initiatives aimed at clinical staff, including developing or delivering content on safe medication practices and policy updates.
- Conduct thorough patient interviews to gather accurate Best Possible Medication Histories (BPMHs).
- Address drug information requests using evidence-based resources and clinical guidelines.
- Perform additional duties as assigned, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement, learning, and safety within the organization.
- Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate from a Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) program.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, as well as a member of a team.
- Demonstrated effective critical thinking, problem solving and project management skills.
- Self-motivation, excellent communication and organizational skills required.
- Ability to interact with individuals at all levels of the organization.
- Computer skills that include the ability to work with Microsoft Office Software including word, excel, and outlook.
