- Lead, train, and coach the Sales Associate team to meet and exceed membership and retail sales goals.
- Provide ongoing feedback, sales training, and performance coaching to develop top-performing team members.
- Conduct daily and weekly sales meetings to review KPIs and set action plans.
- Engage directly with prospective members through tours, consultations, and follow-up communications.
- Oversee day-to-day studio operations, ensuring a clean, organized, and welcoming environment.
- Collaborate with the Head Coach to align front desk and coaching teams for a consistent, high-quality member experience.
- Manage staff scheduling, payroll, and inventory for front-of-house operations.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies.
- Create and manage social media content that reflects the studio’s energy, culture, and successes.
- Plan and execute in-studio events, member challenges, and community-building initiatives.
- Develop partnerships with local businesses to boost visibility and drive leads.
- Track and analyze marketing campaign performance to refine strategies.
- Passion for fitness, health, and wellness.
- Proven experience in sales leadership and team management, preferably in fitness, hospitality, or retail.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a talent for building genuine connections.
- Experience with and a passion for generating content for social media marketing and community outreach.
- Ability to coach, mentor, and inspire team members toward high performance.
